About Us

Heckard Chiropractic has been a cornerstone of holistic health and healing in Napa Valley for decades. Founded by Dr. Bruce Heckard, who has been practicing since 1978, our clinic continues to uphold the values of precision, care, and dedication. Dr. Heckard, a proud Napa native, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the holistic well-being of his patients.  

Dr. Heckard's journey began after his service as an airborne Pathfinder in Vietnam. Following his military service, he pursued chiropractic education at Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated in 1977. Returning to Napa Valley, he began practicing with his father, Dr. Byron Heckard and has since become the sole doctor at Heckard Chiropractic since 1991.
